At Horizon Extended, we are committed to delivering high-quality copywriting services that meet or exceed your expectations. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted, as well as our policies on revisions and cancellations.

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with the work we deliver. If for any reason you are not happy with the completed work, we offer the opportunity for revisions as described below, before any refund requests are considered.

Revisions

2.1 Revision Requests:
Clients are entitled to 3 free revisions within 9 days of delivery, provided the scope of the revision falls within the original project description. Revisions requested outside of this period, or requests for changes that deviate from the initial project scope, may incur additional charges.

2.2 Scope of Revisions:
Revisions are intended to refine the copy provided, not to rewrite or dramatically alter the original content. Any significant changes to the scope of work after the project has commenced will be treated as new requests and may result in additional charges.

Refunds

Refunds will be considered only in the following circumstances:

3.1 Before Work Has Begun:
If you wish to cancel a project before any work has started, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please notify us in writing (via email or form submission) within 3 days of payment to request a refund.

3.2 After Work Has Started:
If you request a cancellation after work has begun, refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis and will reflect the percentage of the project completed. In this case, we will deduct the cost of work completed and any non-refundable expenses (e.g., third-party services) from the refund amount.

3.3 After Delivery:
Once the final copy has been delivered and you have approved it (either by explicit approval or by not requesting revisions within the given revision period), no refunds will be granted. Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences if the work has been completed in accordance with the agreed-upon scope and specifications.

3.4 No Refunds for Digital Products or Services:
All digital products, including templates or downloadable guides, are non-refundable once delivered due to the nature of digital content. If you experience any issues accessing or downloading the products, please contact us for support.

Non-Refundable Deposits

In some cases, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the booking for a project. If a deposit is required, it will be clearly communicated in the service agreement, and it will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Project Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any project at our discretion if we deem it necessary (e.g., in cases of client non-cooperation or breach of terms). In such cases, the client will be refunded any unearned funds, minus the cost of work completed up to the date of cancellation.

Please include your project details, reason for cancellation or dissatisfaction, and any relevant communication so we can assess your request.

Exceptions

No refunds will be granted in the following cases:

  • Missed Deadlines Due to Client Delay: If we are unable to meet a deadline due to delays on the client’s part (e.g., failure to provide necessary materials or feedback on time), no refunds will be issued.
  • Force Majeure: Refunds will not be issued for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).
  • Failure to Communicate: If we do not receive any communication or revision requests from you within 3 days after delivery, we will assume that the project is complete, and no refunds will be issued.

Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
